Article 8: Understanding Your Launch Status Codes
Blue Aero uses a standardized set of status codes to keep you informed at every stage of your mission. Here is what each one means.
Pre-Launch Status Codes
- 🟢 GO - All systems nominal, launch on schedule
- 🟡 HOLD - Minor issue under review, expect updates within 2 hours
- 🔴 SCRUB - Launch postponed, rescheduling in progress
- 🔵 STANDBY - Launch window open, awaiting final GO confirmation
- ⚪ PENDING - Mission planning in progress, no window confirmed yet
In-Flight Status Codes
- 🚀 LAUNCHED - Vehicle has left the launch pad successfully
- ✅ MECO - Main engine cutoff confirmed, vehicle on trajectory
- ✅ SEPARATION - Stage separation confirmed successfully
- ✅ DEPLOYED - Payload deployed successfully
- 🏁 MISSION COMPLETE - All mission objectives achieved
Issue Status Codes
- ⚠️ ANOMALY - Unexpected issue detected, investigation underway
- 🔴 ABORT - Mission aborted, safety protocols activated
- 📋 UNDER REVIEW - Mission data being assessed by Mission Control
What to Do if You See a Red Status
- Do not contact Mission Control directly during an active anomaly
- Monitor your portal and notification alerts for updates
- Our customer support team will reach out within 1 hour of any red status event
- Email support@blueaero.com if you have not received an update within 2 hours
